Material purchase

Longjoin works closely with customers to purchase materials needed for production. Material purchasing is arranged according to product ordering, material purchasing cycle, market supply, material value and expecting changes. The key is to ensure the sufficiency of material to meet production and at the same time minimize the surplus material. In order to achieve this, Longjoin supply chain management team will provide early procurement advice to customers based on the bill of materials. Longjoin team is also able to purchase materials on time to meet special requirements.

Supplier development

For Longjoin and customers, a strong supply network across the country and around the world is a big advantage. Long Jian maintains close and complete development relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous and timely supply of materials. These include electronic components manufacturers, agents, distributors, hardware, plastic products manufacturers, mold manufacturers and so on. Many component manufacturers give priority to the supply of Longjoin, also help clients with finding low-cost alternative materials.

Distribution

Longjoin currently provides direct shipment services to end customers. After the customer places the production order, they can ship different products to the world according to the customer's requirements. This effectively reduces costs for customers while saving time.

Quality Assurance

Selling products in different parts of the world may have different safety requirements. Longjoin has extensive experience in several safety certifications, such as UL, CE, 3C, etc. Long Jian is very experienced with the process of applying for these certifications, making it easier to carry out follow-up work.
