Passenger port terminal is mainly used for embarking/disembarking of ferries, waiting dock is contained. In addition, there are cargo/passenger wharf, rolling loading bay, harbor boat bay, outfitting bay and ferry bay. Public broadcasting of passenger terminals serves the public in a certain area, it is used for internal information delivery, job signal broadcasting, background music playing and emergency broadcasting. Background music is often played until emergency broadcasting is forced in during disasters and emergency. 

The distance between passenger terminals are long, if traditional analog audio wiring applied, the cost of kilometers of wiring and weakening of signal will be a problem during construction. The centralized control and system monitoring of the public broadcasting system will also be difficult to solve.
