From February 1999 to February 2002, he joined Dongguan Haide Factory and worked as production team leader. his work dependable, and the first production line has accumulated for him rich experience in production management at the grassroots’ level.
From February 2002 to October 2009, he was the production supervisor of Dongguan Guanhong Electronics Co., Ltd.
From October 2010 to November 2013, he worked as chief of production division in Shenzhen 3NOD Group.
On March 14, 2014, he officially joined DongguanLongjoin Group as the production supervisor.
